Career Workshop
These workshops intend to provide an opportunity for young people to explore what career paths they want to choose. In the beginning, the course starts by introducing the Igikai model and how to apply it to find out what career path may be suitable. The next two modules provide more practical support with job applications and further career guidance.
Module 1: Exploring your path through the Igikai Model
By introducing the Igikai model, this module intends to assist participants in finding out what career path is suitable.
Module 2: Practical guidelines for job search, the interview process and networking
This part of the workshop series provides more practical guidance: how to write cover letters and resumes, how to network or how to approach outbound/inbound job hunting, for instance.
Module 3: Group project
During the last module, participants have a chance to get involved in a group project to get professionals from different sectors together and network.
