First Aid
This workshop series intends to give an introduction into First Aid practices for NGOs and educational institutions. Overall, it consists of three core modules: A step-by-step guide in an emergency, an overview over the most common diseases and injuries as well as an introduction of the most common items of a first aid kit.
Module 1: Step-by-step guide in an Emergency
The first module concentrates on the common steps in case of an emergency. All steps include a explanation and practical element in the end to test your understanding.

Module 2: Specific Diseases and Injuries
This part aims at familiarizing and preparing the participants with the most common causes of an emergency: from heart attacks to strokes, this module provides the learner with the necessary knowledge to identify the cause and react accordingly. Practical elements at the end of the module allow to apply the content accordingly.

Module 3: The First Aid Kit
The final module in this series will introduce the most common tools to conduct first aid and how to apply many of them.
